Bake upside down for ½ hour on 180°C (350°F) uncovered.
While it's baking, mix all the remaining ingredients together aside for the last three.
Combine the cornstarch with the water, stir until smooth, and add to the sauce mixture.
Mix the sauce well, and add the pepper and the pineapple.
When the Chicken is done, remove and turn chicken pieces right side up, and pour on the sauce.
Bake covered at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
