In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef/chicken, eggs, bread crumbs and onion. Mix thoroughly and shape into golf ball-sized balls.

In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, tomato paste, flour, water, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for 30 minutes.

ok. I only 500 grams ground chicken, used panko instead of bread crumbs, 2 T water and 1 egg. tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
Sauce: had no vinegar so i used lemon juice, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 T orange juice.
