Beer Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF.) Combine all the ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake for 2 hours covered, and for 10 minutes uncovered.

Tip: Tilt the container you are using to combine the ingredients while pouring the beer into it so it doesn't foam up.

It doesn't dry out being cooked for so long? Two hours is a LONG time!

I do not know if my oven temp is accurate as I never checked it with a thermometer, but according to what I do the chicken stays moist and falls off the bone. Feel free to lower the baking temp or the amount of time you choose to bake it, everyone knows their oven, right? Thanks for visiting :)

I'm trying this tonight, but I took the skin off the leg quarters I'm using and reducing the time and ingredients because there are only two quarters in the oven. I'm looking forward to trying this.
